OWA, Samuel O. FCIM (EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN)
Mr Samuel Owa, a serial entrepreneur is the Executive Chairman of Tower Ark Limited. Mr. Sam as he is fondly called holds an MBA from ESUT Business School, Enugu. He is also a product of the University of Lagos and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he graduated in Law and Accounting respectively. A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
He started his banking career with Afribank in 1985 and later moved to Trade Bank. While at Trade Bank, he rose to the position of Assistance General Manager (AGM) in the bank’s Investment & Energy Division. During his sojourn in the bank as Assistant General Manager, he was able to turn-around the fortunes of the bank’s financial performance in multiple business units within the division, as well as in its global operations. In 2005, he retired from the banking sector and went into private business where he has also excelled with exceptional achievements in various sectors of the Nigeria economy.
Mr. Samuel Owa is an excellent leader, who possesses the ability of building world class businesses. He has extensive experience in managing and leading complex multi-million dollars projects. He is an expert when it comes to providing innovative solutions in business.
Samuel Owa is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Nigeria Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria. He is also a member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club. He is happily married with children.
ENGR. LOAN Tariq
Engr. Loan Tariq is the Director, Technical and Operation. Engr Tariq is an experience engineer and technical advisor with over forty-two years of experience in renewable energy, water engineering and mechanical engineering.
Engr. Tariq vast experience has seen him serve as the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Operation and chief engineer at different times in companies including Zenith Ship Management Services, Gulf Marine Ship Management Service, Mercantile Shipping, just to mention but few. Engr. Tariq brings to the Board of Tower Ark Limited this vast knowledge he has garnered while working for the companies above in different part of the world including UAE, Singapore, the Persian Gulf, Pakistan Bangladesh, Lebanon, Malta and Nigeria.
ABIODUN, Idowu A. ACA
Mr. Idowu Abiodun is the General Manager, Finance and Operations. Idowu is a product of the University of Lagos and the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, in Ogun State where he studied for his bachelor’s degree and higher national diploma respectively. He has acquired vast experience in financial and management accounting, inventory management, auditing and internal control, budgeting and project analysis in both multinational and indigenous organisations in Nigeria. He has worked with A.G.Leventis Nig. Plc, Stallion Motors Limited, Gazgo Energy Limited and Stonebridge group over the last twelve years.
Mr. Idowu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
